Changing  Children’s  Worlds  Foundation empowers caregivers and youth via evidence-based programs—ICDP and IYD—strengthening empathy, social‑emotional skills, and positive parent‑child bonds in high‑risk communities across Chicago. They train facilitators in schools, agencies, jails, and community groups.
